In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the dwg188 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only wagers on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Bets placed on certain table games, live casino games (including Baccarat and Roulette), or games excluded by the specific promotion do not contribute unless expressly stated.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, dwg188 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a breach, dwg188 will return verified real-money funds to the Member via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
